After a lifetime in a private publishing & public relations company, I realized that while I was good at it & enjoyed it, the new marketplace dynamics meant a complete revamp to a newly re-imagined publishing venture if I were to take it forward in a new direction.  I really didn't know if I wanted to do that. 
It seemed a shift was in order.  
​Or in the parlance of today, a pivot.

By no means has it been an easy shift, but the questions I entertained to come to my decisions were marvelous.  In the process I realized I do love the questions more than I realized.  In our asking, we discover.  When we discover, we have the possibility of finding our own happiness, not the happiness we have been told we should want.

There is a big difference between the two, and the knowledge of your own requirements is liberating.

Each of us will come to the proverbial Crossroads at some point. 
Life is too short to not enjoy every moment. 
It is natural to have doubts and questions. 
What is not 'ok' is to let those questions & doubts alter the flow and joy of your life.
